     Experience, Knowledge & Dedication

Here is a case where he represented the first African American Probate Judge of Hale County. The Probate judge prevailed in that case based on the evidence presented. The Court found that the complaint was dated March 15, 2010. "It was not stamped or filed until April of 2013." The Court concluded that the loss of the Wackenhut videotape, which potentially contained exculpatory evidence demonstrated sufficient prejudice." The motion to dismiss was granted.
